Rental Policy

Reservations

A security deposit via credit card is required to reserve rental equipment.  Deposits are refundable when cancellations are made 72 hours prior to the rental date.  A cancellation fee of 30% will apply.
Customers are responsible for viewing and approving all info listed on a rental order. 
Orders cannot be altered after they have been packed.

Pricing and Availability

Rental rates are subject to change without notice and are based on a 24 hour rental period.
Extended rental rates are available upon request. 
Late returns are subject to additional charges.
Customers will be charged for damaged or missing equipment.

Pick Up & Delivery

Standard deliveries (door to door) are made to single locations (ground floors, loading docks, garage) easily accessible for our delivery crews.  Additional charges will be applied to labor intensive locations ( high rise buildings, stairs or a significant distant from delivery vehicle).
